Nina Randolph, AMFT

Associate Marriage & Family Therapist

Hi there, I’m Nina. I work with women, couples, athletes, and former athletes who feel disconnected from their bodies or struggle to feel fully at home in themselves.

My work is grounded in Jungian depth psychology and somatic, trauma-informed therapy. This means I practice therapy through exploring what lies beyond symptoms, including the patterns, emotions, dreams and experiences that may be outside of our everyday awareness. I believe our bodies often communicate things that our minds have not yet found words for, and I incorporate attention to body sensations, emotional responses, and nervous system cues alongside traditional talk therapy.

As a former Division I athlete, I understand the ways performance and achievement shape the relationship we have with our bodies, our identities, and our sense of worth. Through 7 years of supporting sexual assault survivors, I have also seen how trauma can impact our sense of connection, trust, and safety within ourselves, our relationships, and our environment. I also have extensive experience working with teenagers and families, as well as individuals and couples navigating relationship challenges, identity development, life transitions, and emotional distress.

I believe therapy should be a space where you can be fully human. That means making room for complexity, curiosity, humor, discomfort, and the parts of yourself that may not always fit neatly together. I approach the therapeutic relationship with warmth and honesty, offering both compassion and thoughtful challenge while respecting each client's autonomy and pace.

Outside of the therapy room, I am deeply connected to movement, nature, and creativity. Hiking, being outdoors, dance, and art are some of the ways I return to myself and stay grounded.
