Fatherhood Support Group

Do you feel like you're letting yourself down as a father, and ready for a reset?

Does it feel like your partner is constantly frustrated with you? Has your partner asked you to go to therapy, read parenting books, or "work on yourself"? Do you feel like you're trying hard, but still falling short? 

Led by Associate Marriage & Family Therapist Eric Metzgar, this group offers a grounded, nonjudgmental space for dads to slow down, drop the armor, reflect honestly, and learn some tools for staying grounded — with tips for staying connected to your kiddos and your partner.

What We Focus On

  • How to stay cool and composed

  • How to talk to your kid(s)

  • How to stop shaming your kid(s)

  • How to stay connected to your partner

  • How to stop repeating your parents' patterns

  • Authentic connections with other dads

Group Details

  • 6-8 members

  • Weekly telehealth (online) meetings

  • 75-minute sessions

  • Closed cohort

  • 8-12 week commitment

  • $50/session
