About Heather Kline, ASW
Hello, I’m Heather, an Associate Clinical Social Worker (ASW).

I work with adults, couples, families, and parents including those navigating neurodivergence in themselves, their relationships, or their children. I also support people through life transitions such as perimenopause, identity shifts, and relationship changes, as well as families impacted by developmental disabilities or a loved one’s addiction. Many of my clients are thoughtful, capable, and deeply caring people who feel overwhelmed, stuck in familiar patterns, or quietly exhausted from holding so much.

Therapy with me is collaborative and compassionate. Together, we identify patterns, strengthen emotional regulation, and develop practical skills to make daily life feel more manageable. I offer grounded feedback and psychoeducation to help you understand your internal experience and relationships.

Because stress and earlier experiences are often held in the nervous system, I integrate brain-body approaches, including Brain spotting when appropriate. This allows us to gently process what feels stuck or unresolved, supporting deeper integration while keeping sessions steady and contained.

I strive to create a thoughtful, nonjudgmental space where you can feel understood, respond with greater intention, and create change that feels meaningful and sustainable.
