About Jaron Vesely, ASW, PCC
Most coaching is designed to help you run faster on a track you might not even want to be on. This work is different. We look at the architecture of your life - your leadership, your transitions, your commitments - and ask whether any of it actually reflects who you are. Coherence over ambition. Integrity over optimization. If talking were enough to get you where you want to be, your analytical mind would have solved this by now.
As a queer, genderqueer, Jewish Buddhist (a JewBu) who spent years in theater before years in tech, I've navigated a fair amount of territory where performing the expected version of yourself was the price of admission. That experience shapes how I work. I notice the gap between who someone presents as and who they actually are and I'm not afraid to name it.
I hold the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coach Federation: a designation that requires 500+ hours of direct client work and demonstrated coaching competency across a rigorous assessment process. Over the past decade I've coached leaders, executives, and individual contributors at Fortune 500 companies and nonprofits alike - people who are very good at what they do and quietly wondering if it's actually getting them what they want.
The people I work with have often built a life that looks right on paper but doesn't always feel that way. You don't need to arrive with a clear sense of what's not working. Curiosity is enough. You'll likely find me more direct than you're expecting - I notice things and I name them.
I work primarily with adult men and am welcoming to people of all genders and identities. My coaching practice is worldwide via secure video. In addition to coaching, my licensure application as an Associate Clinical Social Worker in California is pending approval. I will soon be offering therapy, including EMDR, parts-based work, and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy.
